Day1: ordered the product at 3 pm
day 2 : received at around 4 pm at jhapa
day 3: the technicians came at around 11 am and fitted the ac. It took them 2-2.5 hrs to install. they were good but i felt the installation charge was a bit high

It has wifi too and its app is abit buggy but gets the job done . You wont need the ac’s remote if your is phone is connected with ac.
i havent tested the energy consumption yet but hope that it would be as efficient as company has claimed.

Installation costed me Rs 4500.
Stabilizer is not required if A/C operates below 50 degree Celsius.
It cools the room quickly without any noise. I will write about durability and energy saving after 3 months.

The seller is not professional. I did not get warranty card with the product. The seller said I will get warranty card only if I take installation service from them, for which I had to pay before the AC being installed. The product is value for money the AC is good to know. I don’t know how it works on long run but the variety of features are there but the best part is it has built in wifi features which can control the AC through applications from anywhere from wifi after configuring wifi with the AC.

# This AC uses R32 refrigerant. It is 3 times less harmful than R410A refrigerant. Those who are buying ACs, please do not buy an AC with R410A refrigerant.

The product is fine but the service and installation team are pathetic. They charge different amounts for installation. Also the comprehensive warranty is actually an extended warranty that you get only after paying and after that you need to get every year two wet services done then only it remains valid. Better go for the brand which gives it without conditions.
