The product is great. However, it seems like a dishonest selling in terms of service. The technician fitted warm water supply in just one basin and one tap. For that, he was asking for RS. 4000 because some additional hardware fitted. It’s unbelievably high and I couldn’t not believe it.

The product is compact good and ready to use. Installation guys were also friendly did there job in proper way, fitting was free but the fitting material they charge me extra then the market price!

the product was delivered after 2-3 days. The next day the seller sent their technicians and they installation was done. they charged more than Rs. 4,000 for the fitting materials but the fitting was done for free 🙄. The technicians took a bit long to install and made a mess out of my bathroom, but it was done. It does NOT take 11 mins to heat up the water. It takes even 35 mins or more sometimes and obviously as 15 Lts is not much the hot water runs out quickly. A bit disappointed tbh.

All good, the product is good, installation was also quick. However, no pipes were provided. The installation guy asked me to get them along with visors. Asked for screw drivers etc. He had all tools but demanded all these from me.

Raised the installation request in the morning and it got installed by evening. Technician was very polite and well trained, also cleaned up the area after installation. Installation is completely free, you might have to pay for the pipes. Overall very good experience.

Great product, have been using for the past 3 years with no issues. Only draw back is when I switch on the Geyser it makes some noise which creates a doubt as if it’s going to blast though it never happened but there’s always a fear. If you can make it a bit soundproof it will be the best product i feel.
