Delivery was prompt and next day technicians came to install. Techincians were skillful and equipped with appropriate tools.
However, I would like to point out a misleading ad in thier ACs. Claiming that 1 ton ac will consume 1 unit in 8 hours defies all scientific logics. 1 unit is consumed in 1 hour for any 1000w equipment. So normal consumption for 8 hours will be 8 units. Even on eco mode, saving is 70 pc as claimed. So the consumption of electricity should be 8 units minus 70 pc.
which will be 4.4 units. Also pls note that saving can be achieved in cooling mode only, not in heat mode.
I hope seller will enligten be, if I am not correct.
Ac is good and is silent enough to be aprreciated.
